What level do I need to be?

All levels are welcome in Open Play. Leagues are competitive — some playing experience is recommended, but all committed players are welcome.

What do I need to bring?

Indoor soccer shoes or flat-bottom turf shoes and a water bottle. Shin guards are recommended for league play. Cleats with studs are not allowed on our turf.

Can I join a league without a full team?

Contact us and we'll do our best to place you on a team that needs players. Email info@quadra-us.com and we'll work something out.

How does the league format work?

4v4 indoor, games every Wednesday. Teams play through a regular season with standings, then playoffs. Champions take home $1,000 cash and free entry into the next season.

Can women play at Quadra?

Yes — Open Play and Tournaments are all co-ed and open to everyone 16+. The league is men's open only. It's the only gender-specific offering we have.
